  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

My Chew follows a strict no-refund policy on all products.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • The product is not received

  • The product is lost in transit

  • The wrong product is delivered

  • The product is damaged during shipping

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider

Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products

  • The return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product

Return & Replacement Process

  • Once your return request is approved, the replacement process will begin within 2–3 business days

  • After dispatch, replacement orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days

  • Delivery and replacement timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances

  • My Chew is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control
