Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours from confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays
  
  

• Cut-off time: 12:00 PM. Orders placed after this time or on holidays will be processed on the next business day

Delivery Timelines (Estimated)

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  
  

• Tier 2 and other areas: 5–7 business days
  
  

• Remote or isolated regions: 7–10 business days or more

Shipping Charges & COD

• Free shipping on orders above ₹799
  
  

• A flat shipping fee applies to orders below the minimum order value
  
  

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional fee of ₹60
  
  

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate, including pin code, building or apartment details, and a reachable phone number
  
  

• If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, re-shipping charges or refund deductions may apply
  
  

• Address changes cannot be accommodated once the order has been dispatched

Order Tracking

• A tracking link along with the AWB number will be shared via email or SMS once your order is picked up by our delivery partner
  
  

• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch
  
  

Serviceability

• We currently ship across India
  
  

• If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be initiated
  
  

• We reserve the right to limit delivery to locations within our courier network
  
  

Risk of Loss & Packaging

• All My Chew products are packed using food-grade, protective packaging to maintain quality and freshness
  
  

• We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery for any signs of damage or tampering
